Honda fit ex l15a1 engine mt . Ported piston head???

Hello guys

I live in Argentina and i have and honda fit gd1 1500cm3 engine (L15A1)stock 110 hp.
Engine mods:
1)Megan racing stainless steel header and all stainless steel cat back.
2)stage 1 camshaft cat cams.
lowered suspension
And 15 rims with dunlop 185/55/15 tires

ALL N/A no turbos for me
My engine have 81.000 milles

with all these mods I reached 199 km by GPS.(In my country dont have speed limits in the highway)

I dont put air filter K&n yet.

QUESTION :
I CAN PORT AND POLISH A LITTLE THE PISTON HEAD??
or dont work in these engine .
In these year i will rebuild the engine i can buy hi comp pistons ??

Removing metal from intake and (or) exhaust ports will cause a drop in airflow velocity that will kill your low end performance.. If you install high compression pistons with the intake and exhaust that you now have, your car should be Uno Hombre Malo..

Thanks for all Texas Coyote .....soo the high compression pistons is the way to more top speed in my N/A L15A1 engine.
I dont like turbo
N/a for me.

By the way.....what brand of high compression pistons i have to put in my engine all n/a???????

I guess we need to shop around on the net to find out who is manufacturing pistons.. I think that they may be expensive.. I'll try to locate some tomorrow..

I see 2 pistons for my fit l15a1

I have used Wiseco forged pistons in a Honda XR 350 motorcycle that I raced about 35 years ago. The CP Pistons with the higher price tag and compression ratio will make more power for you though.. If the pistons alone are not making enough power, you can always install a cam with slightly more lift and duration.. Too much could have you revving too high and cause damage to the crankshaft connecting rods if you have no way to limit the revs.. You will have to keep spending mucho dinero.. I have spent more money on performance parts than I paid for the car..
