What is the diff b/t jazz and fit

Considering my # of posts, maybe this is a dumb question. I thought about this occasionally and my guess is Fit = made in japan, while jazz = made in wherever else.

What do you think?

Actually, to think about it... it makes sense... Since all "Fit" are made in Japan (JDM, USDM); whereas all those that are made outside of Japan is called "Jazz"...

So, our next "Fit" will be changed to "Jazz" since it'll be assembled in the US?

No, especially if you're in Canada.
There is already a Honda Jazz in Canada - it's a scooter.

Apparently in one European language "Fit" refers to a woman's "naughty bits" and that is why it was changed to Jazz.

The Jazz also seems to only be available with a 1339cc engine :-/

Personally I like the name Jazz better than Fit. Like "All that Jazz".

As a 1.3L the Jazz is okay but I'd love to have a 1.5L version especially with the CVT-7.

Actualy this is not correct. Jazz that is sold in Slovenia(Europe) is made in Japan only. In Germany for example one has a choice: you can buy a cheaper chinese manufactured Jazz or a pricier Japanese Jazz. As far as I know nobody in Germany ever decides to buy Chinese Jazz because those who buy Honda know what they want.
