Help a brother out
If it was me, I'd get the Enkeis now and put summer tires on them, and leave the suspension work until you get out. If you're moving somewhere that doesn't need snow tires, then you can probably sell a set of lightly used Blizzaks mounted on the stock wheels. It's a fairly common bolt pattern, there ought to be someone around needing them. That way you don't have to worry about ground clearance for the one remaining winter, and it could cover some of the suspension costs down the road.
Personal opinion here, but to me the wheels make a lot more difference in the looks than the ride height.

One thing to note too is with coilovers if you're changing ride heights for the season you'll probably want to get an alignment each time as well. Changing the ride height is going to change the suspension geometry.
Are there any differences between the fit and the jazz or are they the same car just branded different ? I always see parts for the jazz everywhere and was wondering if they壇 fit (I知 not talking anything specific just in general)
There are some differences, but not sure exactly what they are- I think there are posts here talking about different bumpers and grills between JDM and US cars. Probably different engines available in other markets, too.
