Drag suspension

Hey I am new here and a recent fit owner I just recently bought my new project and first mod I need it’s suspension.anyone hear have a fit the drag race with??if so please share your opinion

There was a guy on the forums Myxalplyxal who used to drag race when he still had his GK Fit. You could try searching his threads to see if he talks about his suspension setup. Otherwise for non-custom options you’re limited to GK and some GE aftermarket coil overs, shocks and springs. There’s enough options, but remember you’re playing in the sub 200 horsepower range until you start talking k-swaps. At this point I think you’re going into new territory, and you wont find a lot of information here sadly.

I think you should also consider either a Hasport torque mount, Beatrush roll stopper or Cusco equivalent if you’re seriously considering drag racing and are looking for suspension components. Lighter wheels and tires will also go a huge way as the unsprung weight per horsepower ratio changes drastically on our cars with lighter wheels.
