The P060A code is a result of the P1659 code. Resolving the issue with the electronic throttle control system (P1659) will be the resolution for both codes. Easiest thing to check is the ETCS relay in the fuse box under the hood, not sure which one it is on non-USDM Fits but you'll be able to figure that out.
