CRZ owner needs Fit advice for lifting car
hey i know the fit and the crz have similar if not the same subframe. was wondering what the best option for me to lift my car.
i have a 2011 crz.
all the crz guys are just lowering their but i wanna make mines as off-road as possible just to be cool.
any suggestions?

I'm currently doing a bit of digging around and have a plausible theory that I've yet to prove that is similar to your goal of lifting your CR-Z. That theory rests on the fact that GE8 and GK5 Fit suspension physically pretty much interchanges (be it slight dampening/spring rate variances). Add to that, the HR-V's chassis appears to be a revised GK chassis... This makes me wonder if the RU5/RU6 HR-V suspension would work on the L series cars as well as how much of a lift if there is any.
Now on to your question...
If my rough memory serves me right the GE8 Fit, ZE2 Insight, and ZF1 CR-Zs all share the same from subframes. There is for sure differences with the suspension length and dampening that correlates with those chassis. I do not honestly know the differences in damper or spring lengths to know how much of a height gain or loss is acquired with **insert suspension combo** between the trio of L series cars. I've been looking on the CR-Z forum off and on and haven't for sure verified it yet BUT I think the GE8 might give you a slight lift but it may be something subtle if you're looking for an off the shelf option.
After market wise... You can get a polyurethane spacer lift spacer lift kit (link below) or coilovers with longer springs like the coilover conversion sleeves that Ground Control does as a thought.
