So. My friend's little Toyota truck was stuck and I pulled it out with my Fit. It wasn't stuck bad. It just couldn't get traction on the grass. It didn't take much to get it out. But I know about the taboo about towing with the Fit.

Did I hurt my Fit? It's a 2016 with the CV transmission. So far no symptoms. It only took about 5-10 seconds to perform this atrocity.

Agreed with the above. Assuming you hooked to something solid on your Fit, a gentle pull is no more stressful to the car than normal driving.

Thanks. I have a Curt hitch on my Fit. It is for a Harbor Freight hitch mounted bike rack. We hooked onto that.
But yea. It couldn't have been much more stressful than going up an incline with several people in the car. Still. I won't do it again.
