Sorry, I meant powered height adjusters. I'm definitely familiar with the manual adjusters. I guess I'd better be considering how much I complain about everyone's poorly adjusted headlights :P
But yeah, being able to adjust headlights for towing or for heavy loads as you mentioned would be pretty nice.

That said, they're nearly all over-powered. Something in the 10-15 watt range (per bulb, low and high beams addressed individually) should get you legal levels of light output.
Admittedly I haven't tested any of this myself but I don't doubt any of that. Especially the output power. Even brand new cars with the proper projectors for LED bulbs are way too bright. Like, come on, please. You don't need an arc reactor in front of your car to see at night.

LED Lights And Halogen Housing.

Why do some of you get your panties in a wad over LED Light bulbs in Halogen Housings?

My LED Lights work perfectly in the stock Fit Halogen housing.

Same Light Pattern as the Halogen Lights.

No adjustment needed because I can't adjust the light bulbs.

Don't want to use LED Lights?

Don't.

I like the LED Lights because they're brighter on dark roads and makes my car more visible.

Oh and I still have the Daytime Running Lights working.

.
Read the previous back'n'forth between me and @bobski
It's pretty much explained in detail why some of us (me) get our (my) panties in a wad over LEDs in halogen housings - as well as my reluctant surrender on the topic
