Shock

Whats Fit People,
Everytime I get out of my Fit it gives me a shock. Does anybody else have this problem? And how can I stop this from happening to me.
Thanks
FLFIT

Usually this happens because your clothes rubbing against the seat as you get out generates static. Some things you can do:
* touch a metal part (e.g. door edge) while you get out;
* rub the seat with a fabric softener sheet;
* drive naked.

Happens to me all the time. I'm always paranoid when getting out of my car and touching anything metal afterwards. ei. The metal on the car or the door knob of my house, etc. This is just something we'll have to deal with. I've noticed that it happens more to me in colder weather.

Get a can of Scotchguard antistatic spray and spray your seats. Problem solved. Or try this. Touch the metal door frame of the car b4 putting your foot on the ground. this will ground you out and also stop you from getting shocked....
