08 Fit Brochure

It's at the dealership!!!

I could see NO CHANGES, exterior or interior. Engine specs look to be the same. Fuel economy is referenced in the new 2008 EPA terms.

I looked all over for mention of TPMS - but saw none. No White offered!!!!! Blackberry Pearl looked deep Blue in the Brochure, and is only available on the sport - Tidewater Blue looks almost Silver.

Here's the website:

Fuel Economy

The Brochure lists 28 City / 34 highway

Using the site above - most 2008 figures aren't available yet - (including the for the Fit). You have to look at the 2007 model year (using the new 2008 guidelines).

From one of the Honda sites the 2008 will have the tire pressure monitor and no more TW or Lunar Mist. So those are now collector colors. 2009 will bring an armrest, new body style, disel and more horsepower! Will have to go test drive one just to see.

It looks like Honda has lowered their MSRP for the '07 Fit.

$13,850 for the base.
$15,170 for the sport.

DOH!

Really? I am a dope then. That error aside... do you think that the tire pressure monitor will be compatible with the '07s?

Hmmm....wonder what the Canadian brochure may offer?
Heated side mirrors would be nice for those of us that encounter snow.
Too bad a telescopic wheel could not have been engineered in.

Oh well....next model change over.

According to the 2008 Fit Manual only the U.S. model has the TPMS.

You'd think that honda could post the new model online if they can take time to print the new books. As far a TPMS in the US, this is because by law i think all 08 cars in the states must have Tire Pressure Monitoring System. It's a nice system. My moms 06 TL has is but the alarm bings every 5-10 min until u do put air in your tires. LOL.

My mom was at the dealer last week and bought an Accord. She asked for the '08 book on the Fit as she was curious to see if there were any changes and she said it was quite difficult to get them to give her one. They really didn't want to and she had to ask multiple times before they finally handed it over.
What's the deal with that???

I guess the 08s will be arriving in September.
I just dont understand why they would take Taffeta White out of the line up, its one of the best looking Fit colors IMO. Maybe it will return in 09.
