Thumbs down My Weathertech visors....Holy s * # t !!!!

Put them on a few weeks ago & now, one of the rear visors is gone !!!!!!!!!!! It must have pulled out & fallen off on the hi-way today !!!
The other rear one is pulling out a little too !!! I'll call up the place where I bought them online tomorrow & see what they say.
What a drag !!!!!
What other brands do you folks recommend ???

I've been hearing similar incidents with a number of brands. Most of which are below the quality of the $150+ Mugen visors. The Mugen visors are different in that they are inserted into the frame of the window, and reversed adhered, unlike most other companies that simply stick to the outside. My recommendation to you and anyone else worried about this is to get a hold of some sort of automotive adhesive - I think 3M has some spray stuff, or weatherstripping glue to make the bond more permenant when you install them.
Best of luck with weathertech, hopefully they'll get you some compensation, maybe a new set. Definitely reinforce them with some sort of adhesive.

Something like this maybe...
Tapes for Automotive Trim Repair 3M US truck trucks suv suvs sport utility vehicle vehicles accessory accessories attach attaches stick sticks hold holds glue glues acrylic foam foams tape tapes two side sides double seal seals weather fix fixes repa

I just put Mugen visors on my car and they are great. Clips attach into the window sills, then you put the rubber back into place to hold in the clips plus they have adhensive strips too. Got mine at Kings Motor Sports for $132.00. If you order them today you'll have them by Wednesday.

Hahahahhaah!!! Im sorry but I had to laugh.

My front Mugen visor is a little loose (adhesive isnt working anymore) but it hasnt fallen off. The clips are still holding it on firmly.

How long have you had them on? Have you tried to reapply the adhensive strips?

I've had them a few weeks. The front ones don't have any adhesive, just a little bit on the back ones. The back ones were never really cut right & always seem to stick out a little bit. Opening & closing the windows probably kept loosening them until they couldn't hold on any more....and then......

Get either the JDM Honda Access ones or the JDM Mugen ones. Both use clips and 3m tape, and should last a long time.
