2 things i learned about the fit today!.

the first thing i learned about the fit is that i cannot sit in it for like an hour listening to music without the engine on because the batter WILL DIE haha i was sitting at work talking to a friend with the radio on and the lights on outside. for a good 20 min then i sat back down inside and chilled for a bit before heading home. i go to turn the key and it starts clicking a lot! and fast.... oh crap now what. then i try again and it goes dark inside. but after i stop trying to turn it on the lights on the inside come back. WHAT DID I DO!? haha so hit up jdmchris on aim and im like it cant be the battery the cars only been like this for 30 or 40 min. and he says. IT IS THE BATTERY. so i got it jumped once i opened the hood and actually took a look at the batery it makes more than enough sence that your d cell sized battery cant sit forever like my old car can with the radio on haha. Second thing i learned about the fit today is that wind vs. fit = the fit gets pwned ahha but all in all its good so far i got it on the 17th and alreadyt have 1800 miles on it haha my warrenty will be gone with the quickness.

lol, wind doesn't like my fit either. highway driving can be a nightmare sometimes.

and i've had mine running for over an hour at time listening to music and i've never had anything close to that happen l

Yup...my old cars (civic(s)) would die pretty quick with stuff on...it would last a while if only one thing was on...but if you leave the radio and heater motor going...ZAP...YOU DEAD!

on X-Mas eve I made a rather harsh trip to the GF's family (like 70mi one way) and it was silly windy I got knocked around a bit but was really impressed with the feeling of deceleration on heavy wind impact...yet I still got just about the highest mpg that I have recorded yet! (go figure)

I too found out something about my fit today (not so good though) if I try and get out in a hurry my right knee will SLAM right into the edge of the armrest! Especially if im not paying attention... It felt like someone hit my patella with an aluminum base ball bat! OMFG !!!! WAS IT PAINFUL!!! It hurt soooo bad I thought I would re-injure my chest!
But...I am super impressed that my Fit's armrest is still in one piece...and attached!

I made the same face that "sox" HAS FOR HIS AVATAR!!! yup THAT painful!!!

A Progress RSB will help a lot in reducing wind effects on your handling. Cross winds won't blow you into the next lane as easily as they do without the bar.
