Just got an offer for a brand spankin' new 07' Sport, fully loaded, pre tax price of $17,400, with taxes, probably looking at around just under $19,700 or so.
Very, very tempting as I would need the room this spring and summer, but once that's over, the 09's are here...

What do you guys think?

I can deal with my current 2 door Civic for another year if I have to.
But this is really tempting...

 

Oh yeah that is a really good price, I got my 07 Sport AT for nearly $25K after all the taxes back in 07!!!

Not a good price at all. Not even for an '08. PCE!

 

Right now there is dealers on ebay selling 08 fit sport manuals for 15,900 and automatics for 16,700 obo....i bought an 08 fit sport auto with a dealer installed sunroof ($1200) and they even threw in the old $299 glass etch charge and I paid $17,500 plus tax (little over $500)....so I got a brand new auto sport with a nice power sunroff for around 18k...so do you think $19,700 is a good deal? I wish I was a car salesman and I had a line of guys that would pay 25k for a 15k car Try searching the internet for cars.....there is like a billion out there so its not like the dealer can hold you over the barrel like they have in years past.

 

Yeah, you can get better then that price. Keep lookin!

They are talking in Canadian dollars if I am not mistaken.

 

Yeah guys, for CAD in a Canadian dealership, that is a good price...I think my Sport when all was said and done with some undercoating came in around $21-$22k
