I kinda like the chopped one. Seems like a practical shape and fit's the car.

At 25-31 seconds, it looks great, at 2:29, it doesn't look so exaggerated like in the still profile pics, so what gives?

honestly i first thought the JDM one was hideous as well. but in comparison with the US '09, i absolutely adore it.

i like the usdm front. it could even help with placing a k series motor in it better than the jdm front.

looking at the 2 side by side is just depressing me. I need to stop seeing the JDM one and enjoy the only one I could possibly have anyway. Before this I truly never noticed how long the front was

probably the same size engine compartment... all of that extra area on the front is just a crumple zone. the only reason why we get the longer nose is because our country's DOT sucks balls

i actually like the USDM front bumper on my 08 fit.. but that yellow fit/jazz on the top of the site looks hott. i'm glad i didn't hold out for the 09... one of the few things i like about that car is the dashboard

O well, the body kit can be replaced. The new fits are nice. They have a more luxurious side to it now.

I think the USDM profile view looks less like a minivan compared to the JDM. As for the design of the front bumper I do like the JDM one better.

add in more power, torque, 16" stock wheels, no weight gain really, same MPG, etc etc... i think i'll get over the snickers from the JDM crowd.

Exactly!

Not having the JDM front end on my 2007 is bad enough, but now they have removed every vestige of that mini vibe.

If your talking about vent visors for the '09, I think they look pretty good.

I agree. I kept checking out the photos on the web (of the JDM one, obviously), and anxiously waited on September when they would hit dealer lots. Then I saw one on the road - what a disappointment. U-G-L-Y. There may be several improvements, but every time I looked at one I got the mental image of an otherwise hot-looking girl with a big Jimmy Durante schnoz. No sale, not for me.

I had a clean low-mileage '07 in my driveway by the end of the week. Window tint & some nice 17" wheels & it looks "right" - from any angle.
