when you guys/gals use the S mode. Do you down shift yourself or let the computer do it?

well i down shift on my own, but i haven't really paid much attention about it down shifting by itself. I do know that when you make a full/complete stop it down shifts to the first gear.

I like this feature, but i do miss the manual transmission. When i get my swap it'll be manual. LOL I bought it AT because they did not have any manual at that time, and I needed a car within the next day. I couldn't wait for another day. LOL

They do, but in real racing cars, they stay still.

It's all software. I don't get why they don't have the standard +/- on the shifter

this has been said before, but one should not make it a habit of shifting in the middle of a turn

on a dry road at low speeds this is fine, but in wet or icy weather this could easily lead to traction loss
