Lowering your Fit question.

Hey guys,
I had a question about lowering your Fit.
I am getting a Fit soon and one of the first things I'd like to do is have it dropped. I have an Integra now with Eibach springs and I love them. The only thing is I tend to bottom out on a lot of speed bumps. For you that have your Fits lowered, does it occur often and does it cause any problems? I always feel like I'm hurting something every time I hear that grinding noise :[

uh im dropped on tein s.techs and i actually never have bottomed out.

scraping the lip is usual for all the cars that are dropped. but thats on like steep inclines and stuff.

i could hit a speed bump head on if i wanted to and not scrape.

wait are you talking about bottoming out your suspension or scraping your car on the ground?

i just try to slow down and approach steep ups and downs with an angle, depending on how much of a slope i'm encountering. if you're careful you shouldn't have a problem with scraping your bumper/lips on the road.
