Hey,

So, I'm doing the DIY add a light to the interior dome light mod. I splice in my wires and put the connector back on. Now, radio won't come on, interior lights won't come and the key won't lock or unlock the doors. I checked all the fuses and they are fine. Door lock/unlock works fine from the button inside the car. HELP!

check the fuse box? thats all I got, Im no wiring expert.

 

Did you disconnect a terminal on your battery before doing this mod? Maybe you forgot to put it back on?

 

Battery is connected. However, I don't have anything hooked up to the tails I made off of the dome light connector. Would this cause an open loop in the system maybe?

Scratch that... I just hooked up something to see if it was an open loop and it's not that.

 

I found it. Of course it's the one fuse I didn't check. It's the Back Up fuse under the hood (10A). I re read the article and it said to check that. How did I miss this.
