James, if you come back to your parked car and your rear wiper is up, it was me
lol maybe he'll drive around for a while with his rear wiper up. my cousin used to do that to me on my eclipse and i wouldn't notice it because that's where my antenna is

Last night I parked my VPB Sport in the rather empty grocery store parking lot, and when I came back, a SSM Sport had parked next to me. Made me smile, since the lot was empty enough that he could have parked elsewhere.

A) no one from chicago actually calls it chi-town.
B) I tend to just say "hi friend" in a normal voice, and I doubt they can hear me while I'm driving down the street.
C) I was pulling into a parking garage last week and passed a woman walking into the garage who gave me a very confused look, like she didn't know what I was doing entering the garage. So I pull into a spot and get out of my car, and as I'm leaving, I see her get into her identical black fit sport, and I understood her confusion. and then I said hi to my friend.

I give a wave or a thumbs up when I see another fit. Most the time they just give me a blank look or dont look I have not seen any other modded fits running around here, but I have heard there is a turboed one in the area that I have yet to see.

Thats the same for my neck of the woods. Most of the Honda people in my area still go for EGs, EKs, Accords and the like. There are so many 8th gen civics around my neighbourhood too...makes me glad I bought a Fit! Never considered the civic anyways....I dont like that "battlestar galactica" dash! haha.

I have seen 2 NBP both LXs (same as US base), 1 VBP Sport, 2 BOM, 2 LX MRs, 1 Alabaster Silver Sport and 1 SSM sport. The dealer had a BBP Sport but its not there now.

I look at all the Fits going by while I sit in mine and never get a wave back!

I usually scream,
"HELLO HONDA FIT! I LIKES YOU! PLEASE BE MINE! COME TO ME!"
and wave frantically. Needless to say, it never works and I am still fitless.

I was actually thinking about this last week and I came up with the index finger and thumb touching with the other three in up. The, uh, "niiiice" sign. It is also "F" in American Sign Language. But I do not think it will catch on, especially if I keep screaming "I LIKES YOU!"

F hand sign

I think that sign means "OK," since your fingers kind of spell it out when you do it.
