Headlight ding/timer

Well I am sitting here at work waiting an hour for road side assistance to come and jump my car. I am so upset I had plans for tonight and because my mom used my car before she accidently left the lights on for about 6...7 hours. Is there any mod to maybe add a timer to the lights or even just a louder ding or a buzzer I mean who could miss a loud AHHHHHHHHEEEEEEEEEEEHHHHHHHHHHHAAAAA. Any comments are appriciated.

Get your mom a hearing aid.

You dont notice it? Are you sure? Because its loud and annoying, its hard for me to think how one could not hear it.

BINGbongBINGbongBINGbong... enough for me. plus i usually turn around to admire my car as i walk away, so i'd notice at that point if my lights were on.

Haha, It's just without thinking I turn the car off and get out and close the door. Not much time for that and I just miss it. After I get my license and actually start driving I suppose it will become a habit.

How did you get to work in the first place if your mom drove your car and left the lights on for 6-7 hours?

And yes, an auto-off feature would be nice.
