I couldn't wait to share this with fellow fitfreaks. This program was aired yesterday (Earth day, how fitting), and made available online today.

NOVA | Car of the Future | PBS

It combines a few awesome things (I had a 50 minute nerdgasm watching it):
Click and Clack, from Car Talk
NOVA documentary
Green car technology
Volcano powered buses (seriously).

The information comes kinda slow, but covers a broad gamut of green car technology. Having Click and Clack helped carry the program through.

I hope others enjoyed it as much as I did.

 

too bad its named after a differnt not so eco friendly not so friendly period car. LOL

 

I do not think the producers named their TV show after a Chevrolet Nova.

Nova means a explosion of a star.

Not to be too geeky, but nova is Latin for new. A "nova" was a new star, it was always there but the Romans could not see it since they had no telescopes. When it exploded, a new star showed up in the sky. Poor bastards didn't have fitfreak to entertain them at night

 

I watched it for Click and Clack.

They are silly.

And don't drive like my brother.
