According to the paperwork I received this is all true. There is also no deductible either. I guess we'll see what the dealership says when I have to come in with one of these wear items needing repair under this warranty to find out if they honor their printed sales contract.

Thumbs up

Try Honda Care Extended Warranty, the best deal for honda care extended warranty, its offered by saccucci honda dealership, very cheap(depends on how long you have owned your car and mileage), got 8years 120k for $870 $0 deductible with odyclub coupon(type odyclub on coupon space) and I got a $25 gift certificate from hondapartsdeals(great prices too). Lots of stuff covered and other great benefits.

I basically got mine because of the miles I knew I'd be putting on it. I drive it around 1800 miles a week... sadly. I bought the Fit brand new in September and I'm creeping up on 18,000 miles this week. That's why I opted for the extended warranty. Mostly for resale and such in the future with such high miles. I'll be moving in much closer in the next year and and will be driving the Fit considerably less but after a year of driving I'm sure I'm looking at close to 28,000 miles. I've never driven so much in my freakin' life.

If it was the 'Honda CARE' program, I was told it was refundable whenever you wished to cancel it, and it does sound like a good deal to me. I had my daughter get some of it for her CR-V, and maxed my wife's '09 Pilot, and am planning on maxing my Fit. I really hadn't considered what the mods do to the warranty, though, and should proabaly check into that before I write that check, huh?!

I think you meant 1800 mi per MONTH. its been about 9 months and you are coming on 18,000 miles. If it were 1800 miles a week you'd be coming up on 69,000 miles.

Check out getting your hondacare warranty online from places like bernardi. Dealerships will often more than double the price yoiu pay for extended warranties. I paid $790 for an 8year/120,000 mile warranty. I think prices have gone up since then.
