So yeah, i found this guy online thats selling a pioneer Avic D3 used for $250. i think thats a steel, but i am worried about why so low cost. he says thats its in excellent condition and works fine. Now i need your guys help. Is there way i can test if it works when i see it, like anyway i can actually tell that it works? And i know i'm thinking this over too much but should i be worried that it's stolen or not? some parts of his descriptions and the way he talks through emails seem kinda suspicious. or am i just over thinking it I just wanted to see what you guys think before i go through with it..

If you pay him through paypal then you'll be able to dispute the transaction if something is wrong. Even moreso if it's through eBay. Only way to test it out is to plug it in, if you have a spare car battery anywhere just plug in the harness in the back of the unit and attached the red and yellow wire to the positive terminal and the black to the negative and play around with it see if everything functions well. If you really want to test it out find a speaker and hook it up too.
