I wouldn't call a 1.1% growth kickin' butt. They just aren't getting their butt kicked like everyone else is.

 

A 1.1% growth isn't much in any context.

But given the context that Honda is the only one with an increase, while others falter with decreases as high as 25%, I'd say that Honda is kicking butt.

 

"Honda has had trouble making enough Fit subcompacts at overseas plants to meet increased worldwide demand.
In June, Honda had 2,000 Fits in stock in the U.S. but took orders for more than 10,000, he said."



1% increase in one month aint bad especially when gas prices and groceries and everything else is up. im sure honda is happy about that one percent.
