how is everyones carbon manifold cover holding up? im thinking of buying one but i dont want it if its gonna yellow or warp

 

I've had my kevlar cover on and off since February, the only issue I've had is minor chips from something. No warping or discoloration.

Haven't had any problem with mine through mine been on the car for a month.

 

discolorization (yellowing) is from oxidation from the sun's UV rays so i don't think the mani cover get enough sunlight to change color. Warping? Carbon fiber doesn't warp unless there is a force being applied on it during changes in temperature. Since it's a floating piece over the engine, it probably won't warp either.

 

ooh i figure that maybe the heat and some cheaper carbon covers probably use fiberglass underneath..
