H.I.D, car video and etc. = bigger battery?

one newbie question~ if i want to use HID headlight and change car video system should i also need to change battery?? because my OEM head light will dim when AC compressor is running...... if I need change battery then which battery that is the best choice?
thx for help!~

when running hids...you dont need to change the battery.

the lights are alright bright as crap. so even if it dims, you cant even notice it.

car audio....its suggested but you dont have to.

im running hids. and 800rms of audio equipment, and it doesnt dim.


i would hold off on the battery. but yellow tops are really nice.

hids use less power than halogen bulbs.

Upgrading the alternator is the way to go.
Alternator provide power when the engine is running.
Battery only power things when engine is off.
Upgrading the battery only allow you to run your accesssories longer before starting the engine to recharge the battery.
