Rear door bike carrier

Rear door bike carrier

Hello to everybody around the world.Does anybody knows if i can put a rear door bike carrier to my JAZZ (cvt).Thanks for any help.Bibis from Athens Greece

Thanks but I am interesting for a rear door bike attachment and not in the roof.

Honda doesn't do one and I haven't seen a specific aftermarket one for the Jazz but I'm sure you could just use a universal one attached to the towbar. Wouldn't want to be in the car if it got rear ended though.

All the manufacturers are opting for the roof ones now because it is safer.

The Jazz owners manual clearly states DO NOT attach a bike rack to the back of the vehicle. No further explanation is provided.

Could it be because the rear window is borderless, where you need a sheet metal edge to safely attach the mounting latch at the top? Since I don't own one, yet, anyone able to verify this on their Fit?

Not official Honda. Any damage to the car would not be covered by your warranty. Its the vendor who claims it fits but note only for bikes without cross members (not mens bikes).
