Question Pricing for 2008/09 Sport AT

I am looking to purchase an 09' Sport AT and have been communicating with my local dealer via email. Of course pricing isn't out yet but they informed me that the price shouldn't be anymore than 3-4% higher than the 08's, if that. I asked what price they were selling the 08's for and here is what I got:

Out the door - $19,046.00

Includes:
Wheel Locks
Mud Guards
1st Place Finish
Secure Window Etching
NATIONWIDE LIFETIME WARRANTY

I wanted to get some input on these options before responding to the dealer. I know the wheel locks are a good idea, but I can probably get them alot cheaper online. Mud guards I am not sure about, would like to see them first. I don't know what the "1st Place Finish" entails. I assume it is some kind of paint protectant or wax. Is secure window etching really that important? What other questions should I ask the dealer about these options?

Thanks in advance!

Is this the price out the door including tax? If not, it seems high. I don't think mud guards even fit on the Sport model. You are correct about the wheel locks being much cheaper when you buy them. The only thing that intrigues me is the lifetime warranty. What does the fine print about this say?

Not sure about tax, but she did say "out the door". I will find out about the tax and warranty.

Anything else I should ask about?

I payed 18300 OTD for mine about 3 weeks ago. But whats with the lifetime warranty. I had to pay 1,300 for a 7 year or 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. And that is the best one i could get they said. I would not get any of those things. Try to get instead the allweather floor mats and maybe a cargo tray.

The price quoted does include taxes and tags. The "Lifetime Warranty" is no additional charge and it is a powertrain warranty. As long as I own it if the engine or transmission needs work or replaced it is covered with a $100.00 deductible no matter how many miles. I haven't read an actual copy of the warranty yet, this is just what their telling me on the phone.

One of my local dealers offered the same thing, but I don't remember the nationwide part. That is a good perk, IMO, and worth doing the deal if you can get good discounts on the other stuff already installed. Try to beat them down to 1/2 price for all the stuff like wheel locks, mud guards and get them to throw in a gas cap lock.
