Where to find an antenna?

My antenna broke off and there's no replacement antenna specifically for the FIT. I bought a universal antenna but the screw was too large and had to return it. Does anyone know which replacement antenna will fit on the Fit?

Thank you.

check out bernardi parts, they get back to you really fast and it looks like on their site the replacement mast is like $16

Id go to Honda, and they will order you one.
Or get the Spoon antenna, yet it doesnt get good reception.

Its the same antennae as many cars are using now. I believe the S2000 was the first to use it in the US?
Honestly, go snag one off a car. *LAUGHS!*

It's the same one as the Element, CRV and S2000. You can order one off collegehillshonda.com

I think a lot of the roof mount style antennas share the same diameter threading. I've had 1st hand proof of Volkswagen antennas fitting, also the antennas from the Pontiac Vibe / Matrix fit as well and is the one I'm currently using atm. Aside from stealing one, which is pretty dick, you can get them rather cheap on eBay.

PM me your address and I will mail you my old one. No strings attached...

Or if you definitely want to go aftermarket the Perrin Super Shorty for the Evo fits the Fit.

That looks pretty good, any pictures farther back so we can get a profile of it with the car?

Hopefully pretty good as I just ordered one this morning. I read around a little bit I guess some people have put them on the tC and gotten bad reception but people with xAs seem to work just fine. I expect it would be at least a little worse than stock since it's so small but I guess the whole thing is made of metal so I'm hoping it works good on the Fit.

Reception is as good as stock as far as I can tell, but I don't listen to the radio much. I wanted something smaller and more low profile, good reception was not my goal.

This is the best I have. It is very low profile and you hardly know it's there.

Thanks for the pic, I went ahead and ordered one this morning anyways but now I know that it wasn't a wrong move .

How long have you had it? I'm concered about mine getting stolen when it comes in, been thinking about doing that Loctite one that isn't permanent but I wonder if that'll be too easy to break loose anyways.

I have had it for about a month now. I park in a garage both at home and work so I'm not too concerned with theft. If it does get jacked that won't be too big a deal. I put some silicone sealant under mine (not on the threads) just in case any moisture gets under it from rain or washing the car. The outer edge of the antenna is what bottoms out on the antenna base. You will see what I mean when you get yours. I would be concerned that loctite would not provide the best electrical connection between the antenna and base.

To the OP. Sorry to jack your thread. I was serious about sending you my old antenna for free. I believe in helping out whenever possible...

Got the antenna in today (crazy fast shipping). It looks freakin' awesome in person, but I couldn't get the "Perrin" to line up facing backwards like you did, it was also kinda to the sides but slightly off. I tried for 15 minutes and just couldn't get it. The screw though wasn't set into the antenna though, it was just screwed in there and allowed for adjustments, so not sure what you mean by bottoming out. I did put some blue loctite on it though and between the very smooth surface and the loctite I can't get it out by hand anymore. Haven't tried the reception with the loctite yet, but I mostly use an iPod or CD.
