Smile Jazz it UP

Should I remove the fit logo and replace with Jazz or keep the Fit on the left and add jazz to the right? Has any one removed the logo? Will it hurt the paint?

I was reading an old post yesterday the poster said they used a blow dryer to heat the "Fit" logo as to weaken the glue I assume, then they used dental floss, but they recommended using fishing wire instead b/c the floss kept breaking.

I guess by heating up the logo the glue loosens up then u take the fishing wire and try "flossing" it off, from what I remember once heated it comes off, and any excess glue residue you can clean off with goof off. Then leave it de-badged or put the Jazz logo on.

I couldnt find the exact thread but I found a thread which shows you how to remove the H logo's and switch em out for the red H badges.

edit: aah just found the thread here's the link https://www.fitfreak.net/forums/fit-...hlight=debadge

my boyfriend removed the moldings from his mazda3 this way. It's real easy. The blow-dryer softens the glue, then you basically just floss it off. The fishing line would be stronger but yes, dental floss will do in a pinch.

There will be residue sticky gunk. Get yourself some qwikdetailer and claybar it off. (two things you should have anyway if you love your car!)

I didn't use any heat. It was already boiling hot outside. I took fishing line and flossed it off and used goo gone like 3 separate times to finally wipe of all the gunk. Looks tons better badgeless IMO

I think you should combine the badges and go with either Fizz or Jizz.

Honda Jizz lol...

Only reason I don't like the idea of slapping on a Jazz logo is that it's not RHD and I'd feel poser-ish
