Will this have an automatic transmission available?

Can you have it so people who are in the seating area of the car cannot access what is in the cargo area without a key?
I am worried about break-ins, where people can break a window, take the back seat down and access the contents of the trunk.

Either a CVT/auto will be available.

Second question I think the answer is no. Best thing you can do is to tint your rear windows, use a cargo cover, and get a good alarm with a shock sensor and or glass breakage sensor.

 

Nothing will stop them from breaking the rear window...
