Are people buying Fit's for the wrong reasons?
This is what you said in your first post:
So back off with your superior act, dude. You asked a question and people answered, and you kept your original opinion anyway, so why even ask? Rhetorical questions should be asked quietly to yourself while shaking your head in wonderment. It's a great big world with room for everyone.

To those people :Don't let the door hit you where the good Lord split you!
Ok guys the op was not telling u not to mod the car he simply does not understand why some one would drop close to 6k on a car that really shows little gain from it. There is no real answer to this. Some people just want to push the car to its limits and see what it can do. I am big on tunning have been for a couple of years with my past cars in my sig. But with the fit no real need for me. Its just not a flow blown car that i would want to mod out. Now a little turbo kit maybe down the road. But k20 no way. I mean with my old evo i use to go drag with it. And see some slow ass hondas out there racing there a$$ off. But hey they loved it and its not about how fast u are but how we all love performance cars and moding are cars to personalize them to how we see fit to do. Its kind of like this when i use to race say a SRT8 on the highway and he sees a ricer car with a 4cyl and thinks i will blast this guy no problem with my big V8. And than when i look at his face when i just pull right on past him with out down shifting at all that my friend is priceless. That is what we all want to show some one that underestamtes use that maybe next time he won't. I would have died if a fit would have beat my evo back in the day. That would make me want to pull over with the guy and talk with him about his car. But do what u want with ur cars guys and to the op it makes them happy that is all that is important in life have fun and stay safe

Ur welcome man some people just jump on people to fast. I kind of feel the same as u. but i understand what drives these guys to want to do it. It's human nature to want to strive for our indaviguality. And that is what they are doing through there cars. I was once there i droped close to 10K in my evo and maybe more with maintaing it. And payed 23,500 for it. So now i look back i could have bought a brand new nice BMW for that and now i learned my lession. I don't want a modded car as a DD maybe as a weekend track car later when i can afford one

some of us actually know that. I asked the OP questions because I want to know. check my original post. never got answers to my questions. and there really isn't much different about your post than many already posted.

It's what the OP wanted to hear in a way he could understand it. Even though everyone said the EXACT same thing to him this entire thread. -1 rep to him for being thick as a brick.

I can see..."Some get it" with a photo of the Fit at the end of a quarter-mile track, with the time showing on a board or something, and then for the "Some don't," just a photo of a random stupid guy looking at a modded car and scratching his head.
I'm sure there are other ideas but I have to go get dressed for church.
