Vibrating clutch pedal anyone?

My clutch started to exhibit some kind of grinding feeling as I let up the clutch, mostly when the car is cold and releasing the clutch on 1st and 2nd.

I experienced this on my 08 Accord though on the Accord is was quite a bit more noticeable.

It just started about a week or so ago and got worse almost overnight. I hope it doesn't get any worse as I don't find it too annoying right now.

Just wondering what it is and if there's a fix. I think it may be the springy mechanism between the clutch and tranny.

It's definitely not normal since it wasn't there until a week or so ago. I have 3600 miles currently. My 08 Accord had the same thing only more pronounced and when I took it to the dealer they said it was normal. Figures.

What's CMC?

I'm shifting at normal around town speeds. I feel it no matter what. If it's not engaging in a gear it won't do it. If the engine is off and you let up on the clutch it won't do it. If the engine is on and you're in neutral and you let up on the clutch it won't do it.

I pretty much only notice it going into 1st or 2nd, but more in 1st.

check fluid level in the clutch master cylinder... shouldn't be leaking but if it is then definitely bring it to the dealership. i've had mine actually run dry =p don't ask.. it has a slow leak apparently in my accord

Temps are still summer like here, that's not it. Has nothing to do with temp. as my Accord had it through a few seasons.

Where is the clutch master cyl fluid?
