To keep the 7 year 100k warranty or sell it back???

Ok guys i bought this thinking i would not mod the Fit. But now i have lowering springs and want to put them on. I also want to get some new wheels for the car and maybe a exaust and some more things on the way. So should i sell the warranty back and get the money back for it or just not mod the Fit. I know it's up to me in the end. I just like to hear some other input on this. I really want these springs put on and some new wheels but Honda told me today it will void the warranty. And i know it will only void the warranty in parts that have to do with what i moded. But i am not sure about these TPMS sensors if ones goes out that would cost a lot i figure. So not sure if i should get the new wheels and put these springs on thanks for any help on this. Oh and its a 08 sport and the springs are progress and the wheels i am geting are the konig ones that are knock off NRs.

keep the warrenty... you dont void the whole thing by slamming it, if your motor blows up, that is obv. not the springs that did it, your still covered... now your struts going early, wont be covered but i say keep it, they have to prove your mods caused the failure of anything that breaks if they want to void it. so keep it wont cause you any harm
