I would assume so. Not many models of Honda do they change the spring rate between models in the same chasis.

Factory lowered/sports suspension is avail but only in the JDM. Bodykits/skirts/under spoilers will effect ground clearance.
The Jazz/Fit is runs quite stable on dirt roads and ground clearance is such that you can mount a reasonable kerb when necessary.

Go to Fit Pics on this forum, and click on "My Honda Jazz Pampanga". There are a couple of photos of the car, which has "ground effects" trim, sitting on top of a speed bump. The cars looks like it has the ability to clear the speed bump with no problem. Those are the best photos I've seen yet that show ground clearance.
