Mad Tiiite JDM is what it means...

 

im refering to the blue and green sticks..

 

I think they have something to do with parking. Some put them on their car for the "JDM look" in America.

My Japanese is not that good but, the both stickers refer to the efficiency and economy of the Fit's engine relative to Japanese emission laws. Blue sticker refers to the reduction in CO and NOx gases. The Green sticker is a bit above my reading level but is about engine efficiency.

Blue sticker is called"Comparision from hay-sei years"For example,hay-sei 12th..it s reduce 75percent!.(hay-sei..japanese year calling).
4 stars is 75percent from hay-sei year. hay-sei 12th equal 2003.
