... a lot of Scion dealerships send out their cars to have leather interiors installed... but then again, Scion seats are conventional seats.
Will it be easy for the vendors to "leatherize" the Fit interior without them disrupting the magic seat system or sloppy stitching and flaps sticking out everywhere?
And...
How much are the LEDs gonna be? Will it be offered as an OEM part?

Leather wont be offered from the factory on US Fit's so you are much better off going to a well known respectable local apolstery shop and get a quote from them on how much it would cost to cover your stock seats in leather. You can bet it wont be cheap if you want good leather or suede and a specific design.
About your LED question; are you referring to LED ambient lighting or LED taillights?
LED ambient lighting will be a dealer option; retails at $105. LED tails do not appear to be a dealer option as of right now. You will have to order them from overseas.

I saw a pair of LED tails on eBay for like two hundred bucks a week or so ago, but you can bet that's only due to the current low demand for such stuff. Once the fit gets released, I bet we could expect to pay like $500/set.
I don't think I'd want leather in a fit, but then again, I've never liked leather in anything other than really highline luxo cars. My S14 has leather and I can't stand it, just doesn't go with the car, IMO. Besides, most OEM leather on sub-$50k cars is typically sorta thin-feeling compared to, for instance, Jaguar XJ leather or S500 leather.
I wish that *all* non-luxo-barges came with the sort of black mesh cloth interior that was in my 04 WRX. I loved that interior.

Hondas generally use very cheap cloth materials. And judging from the pics, the FIT's cloth interior looks pretty crappy. They should use the same stuff that's in Scions... that stuff looks better, feels better, looks cleaner, stays cleaner. Honda and Toyota buy from the same supplier, I think
Wet Okole neoprene seat covers might go nice. I bought a set for my P5 and they're very high quality and fit great. Somehow the Neoprene is very form fitting giving an OEM quality. Of course they're great if you're in and out of the vehicle with wet swimming trunks. In the winter they warm quick and to me are not hot and sticky in the summer.
