Installed HKS exaust and tryed to intall springs

Ok guys and gals. I installed the hks exaust today great exaust nice and deep but really not loud like some. And only takes 5 min to install. But i tryed to install springs but i can't loosen the top bolt where ur strut bar would go. IT moved but it would move the hole ruber pice with it. I got the one side loose but i the other side i guess was on so tight it just moved the hole rubber pice. Next week i guess i am just going to have to pay some one to do it for me.

did you use an alley key (hex key) to keep the shock from moving when loosen.

No do u i am thinking about the megan midpipe good price and sounds good on utube. But i love this exaust sounds great and i don't rev over 3000 rpms nice deep sound not ricey or loud like some are. Its perfect exaust for a DD in my book. Well i might be picking up coils now skunks from a guy on here hes selling them $850 shiped thats a great price. But i just got my progress spirngs so i am not sure yet. But there are pics out there with step by step for the spring install that is what i was using. But yea i will take pics and type a DIY for springs if i don't get the coils
