Will people think the orange is hot or just gaudy? I was told that I could have a grey from the first shipment, but I said I wanted an orange.

I think that the Orange and Red are coming last. Acording to the dealership that I put my deposit down at these colors usually get approved last by the EPA becuase of the emmisions in the paint. I am getting the Storm Silver Metallic.

It's scary to think that these same people are a part of the organization that services the vehicle as well. Hopefully there's some sort of barrier wall between sales and service.

Just joined -- thank you for the color chart. My mechanic said it's time to give up on my Honda Accord wagon (after 11 years!). It was teal -- exactly the color I wanted. I've been spending too much time researching the Fit and I'm grateful for this website. Most of the info out there is on the Jazz. The interior "colors" are disappointing. Can't think of anything worse than black, other than maybe pea soup green. I live in Florida. Black interiors don't go over well here. The Jazz comes in bright yellow, which I think Americans would love, and has a nice two-tone grey interior. Why orange??! The Fit reminds me of my beloved Honda Civic wagon (wish I still had it!!). Hope when I test drive it I still think so.

I wish they have yellow, like on the front of the fitfreak website. The orange isuglier than I wish. I dont' know why it's so dull looking. ON the fit site, that orange is delicious.

I can understand why black would not be so popular in Florida, but black carpet looks better longer than any other color. I bought new floor mats for our 6 year old Camry from our Toyota dealership last summer. The darkest color I could get was light gray which matched the interior, and they already look trashed. If they were black, the dirt would not be so apparent. Light colored interiors simply don't make sense to me unless you live somewhere that doesn't have dirt.

Concerning the color Blaze Orange Metallic, I think of it more as copper, which makes it more appealing to me, though I will probably get either the Taffeta White, or the Storm Silver Metallic if I buy a Fit.

I'm really diggin' the orange, vivid blue, taff white and storm silver. Though seeing them in person will definitely be my deciding factor.

Yeah, I'm not sure I'm following the "Black interiors don't go over well in Florida" thing either.

Just because they absorb heat more than any other color?

All cars should have black interiors.

In other news, every color on that chart looks good. I'll probably end up going with the Taffeta White with the black Sport interior though, same color scheme as pretty much every other car I've ever owned.

There is a white one in my girlfriend's parking garage that has a nice aftermarket nose and tail, white spoked wheels, and LED rear lamps that looks absolutely fabulous.
