Honda Plus plans

Do you recommend that I go for a Honda Plus plan? I will be picking up the new Fit on Friday. The dealer wants to know if I want to add this to the package. We already have the 3-year basic warranty plan. As for the extended warranty, we'll wait till closer to the expiry date so we can add more years to our warranty.
The part that got my attention is the Roadside Assistance Plan

Did any of you find this a worthwhile plan? If not, what do you recommend? Just the basic CAA or DAA coverage?

You get 3 yrs roadside assistance included. I have CAA anyway.
The extra warranty coverage is what you pay for. I declined, so ask me in a few years if I regret it. I thought, it's a Honda right? I'd think different if it was a Chrysler.
