Fit in the May Car & Driver mag

It is a 7 subcompact shootout and the Fit won by a wide margin.

Wish C&D had included the xA (and the xB, too) in their comparison.

Without having read the C&D comparison article - while I was out test-driving the car, I said to the salesguy "the biggest design flaw - no dead pedal" - he just laughed. He hadn't heard the term "dead pedal" before.

As he was off doing whatever it is they're doing at the dealership, he had given me the C&D article to read. And lo and behold, what did it list as one of the drawbacks? No dead pedal.

He laughed when I showed it to him. Dork.
