looking to buy a shift knob for the jazz.
looking at some right now, but they say that the knob i want fits hondas up to the year 2000. im not sure if they dont fit the newer models since 2000 or not, i would imagine they are all the same?
if someone can tell me if the shift knobs that fitted say EGs and EKs also fit the Jazz/Fit, i would be very thankful!

 

all hondas from 89-2009 have the same threadxpitch.

10x1.5 If i remember correctly.

Makes me sad cause I want a bubble/crystal knob and I can only find them in 10x1.25

 

cant you use a thread tap to make a new larger thread trav?

 

Going from 10x1.5 to 10x1.25 really is not going larger, just changing pitch of the thread. That said retapping may work but it is iffy.
