Crest Honda up at Metro Center. Rick Howard is who you want to see, tell him Garrett sent you (I get gift cards for resturants). They are getting more this week.

Reddell was out of stock when I called them on Monday of last week. Adam was the guy I talked to there. D-W was worthless on the phone BTW, ditto with Tricket, both were less than helpful and D-W wanted me to come and look at other cars?

Already bought ours ;(

Better off, though - couldn't stand to go back to Crest after fighting with them for 8 hours on the last (and only) car I bought there...

So are they just pinstriping every car that comes in, some of these places?

Pinstripes on a Fit = Blech.

I'm going to wait until I can factory order later in the year, I don't want a car that they've had time to molest.

what the hell is this pinstriping? thought that went out with the 80's. some part of me would really like a big racing strpe though. something retro, like you would see on an '81 rabbit gti

I had no fight, but I did do my homework...

Smyrna eh? I was down there on Saturday in mine (I live in west Wilson County, in between Mount Juliet and Nashville), have you seen any other Fits in the Metro Nashville area yet on the road? A friend two miles down the road gets his tomorrow....

Paid MSRP for a base MT + tax, lic., CA tire fee in the Bay Area. Came out to about $15875 (my co. has the highest tax in CA). Wasn't able to get anything thrown in except a mug (woohoo!) but I'm happy with it. Other dealers started calling on Sat. to say o.k. they'd finally meet MSRP, but it's too late fellas, that dealership said they still had all theirs on the lot.

Update for Northern California and Nevada folks, stopped by Shingle Springs Honda (about 30 miles east of Sacramento off highway 50 - Annette 530-391-7247) and they have not yet sold any of their five Fits (as of last Friday). They are not marking up but are adding a few "dealer extras".

update - Red sport 5 speed
Storm silver auto sport
Blue 5 speed sport
Red five speed base
Another sport, not sure color or transmission

Also Carson City Nevada Honda has 4 fits, no mark up or "dealer added options"
White base 5 speed
White base auto
Red sport 5 speed
Storm silver auto

Paid MSRP

I paid MSRP for a Storm Silver AT Sport. Put down a deposit and waited a few weeks and drove the first one off the dealers lot. They did moan and groan about how they made nothing on me (yeah right!) and tried the window etching, fabric warranty gimmick on me but I did not bite. Love the car it's amazing and well worth the wait..North Jersey location.

I have seen one other in Smyrna - an orange one - think it was the second to last one that Reddell had in stock...

Been looking for others, but I'm kind of enjoying having one of the few in the area

While washing the car today i notice my Fit also have undercarriage rust protection, i guess it was included in the "package A". Wow! my purchase gets better and better. woohoo!!!!!

We got a red sport A/T, w/ floormats, and a Honda logo black&blue pinstrip for below MSRP. Not a lot, but below. It was also my second purchase there in 16 months, too. So, if you're in East Texas, I have a good dealer to recommend.
