how to use the paddle shifters?

Does anyone know how to use the paddle shifters, correctly?

I like to go down one gear and this speeds the car up real fast......however, does this F#$% my car?

I was going 65 and went from 5 to 4 gear and i was at 80 in no time.

Hah!!!!

Ain't FUN???? That's the whole purpose why i got the 5AT.It gets you in and out in no time at all.Think the CIVIC Si!!.

AFIK?? you are doing it in reverse brother. It will not F$%K up unless you have it in a Manual, which they dont have..for all the right reasons.

Have Fun !!! I'm pretty sure you'll be teaching others how to real soon.

Cheers !!!

Just hit "+" to upshift and "-" to downshift.

It was designed to go from one gear to another quickly so I don't think you have anything to worry about. It won't mess up your car.

I don't think Honda would allow the computer to do anything the engineers would believe to be unsafe for the car.

Don't rev too high. To know what is a good range, watch how the CPU does it when set on D mode. U can go above this slightly, but don't do it often unless u like the speed

You get all the benefits of manual (control-wise), on an automatic machine. Some ppl want the control power of manual, but don't have the skills or they just like the option of switching back and forth from manual and auto.
