Removing adhesive from dashboard?

Previous owner put a stupid cloth covering on the dashboard and removed it when he got rid of th car. Now there's adhesive on the dashboard. I use googone to get rid of three of the spots on the rght side, but all the other ones are not budging.

Went to Shucks and tried some 3M stuff in an aerosol can. That didn't work and it also stained the dash.

That sounds like a hot mess. I would be freaking out. I'm sure there is a solution somehow. You might want to jump over to the Fit Tricks forum. That's where the peeps who do like of mods post and thus might get more of a response there. Good luck!

That's in the first paragraph. It worked on three minor spots.

Get a blow dryer and warm up the spots for 15 - 30 seconds depending
how bad the areas are. ( be sure to keep the gun moving and not concentrate the heat in one spot too much)

Then apply goo gone, wait and remove... Hope this helps, it has for me...
