damn.... sometimes UPS sucks. ive had plenty of stuff arriving like it was dragged under the truck. really depends on the staff handling your stuff.

 

I had a similar problem with an order from CHH, but Paul took care of me.

Great to see CHH taking care of you on something that was clearly not their fault... hopefully they chase down UPS for damages...

 

yes they said they will get the money from ups.i already have my tracking number for the replacement rim. happy day. but i did find a very small bump on the other rim,but its very small. not too big of a issue.

 

I used to work in the stock room at a large retailer and it was amazing how many packages we received that had been repackaged improperly. It was especially awesome when they forgot to re-tape all the labels from the manufacturer onto the new box. Nice to hear that CHH stepped up to the plate to fix some one elses screw up.
