The "i" dot on the fit emblem

The "i" dot on the fit emblem

Are all the "i" dot the same blue color on the back emblem for the Honda Fit?

Yes, means it's the VTEC model. In countries with the DSi motors, its used to differentiate them.

The 4 that I have seen have all been blue.

thats because they dont offer any other engines in the US model
