why is this site soooo slow?

why is this site soooo slow?

Any computer and connection this site loads sooo slow-is it just me?I'm on a win7 brand new computer with broadband and it crawls-on my work laptop with xp and aircard or broadband it crawls-any ideas?

I'm on a pretty slow broadband connection and the site runs fine for me most of the time.

It lags it hardcore lol on my I phon wireless and reg dsl it's supersupersuper slow

Try switching from IE to a faster/better browser, such as Safari or Google Chrome, which absolutely rips (2-second page load time for this link: https://www.fitfreak.net/forums/search.php?do=getnew

I believe that some of the delays come from adding contextual ads; if one of these external sources is slow, the entire page load can slow down.

I'm with JDMChris.... Safari on Mac... very fast (even at school with poopy internet)

not an issue on my iphone either.

Im on a brand new iMac, works fast for me.. Only time it lags a bit is in the HUGE threads.

safari on macbook. works fine. even with a damaged motherboard and hard drive hahha

works fine...........except for the whore thread........we need to make a new one........lock the og whore thread......make new one so it loads faster
