Fast seller?

The local dealership in my area has a black Sport AT that's been sitting on the lot for over a week, and it's still there as of a few minutes ago. After hearing how hard it is to get one, it makes me wonder if maybe the demand is beginning to diminish slightly?

They are probably charging way over MSRP.

AT or MT.. I thought the MT's were limited..

on a similiar note I've been driving by the dealer closest to me in NYC daily for the past 2-3 weeks, and I only seen them have 3-4 diff ones, all of which were sold within 24hrs. and only 1 MT which was sold seconds before I was about to test drive that..

There's a Black Sport MT in Key Largo sitting in the car lot for $14,400 on sale.

honda dearlerships are just playing high balls, and 90% of them are jacka$$. i am losing my interest on it as we speak. i believe the demand will go down drastically after more new models are out by mid-summer. then those jacka$$ will start to play fair balls.

Most dealerships are like that when a new model arrives. No brand is exempt... if you want it, go argue and pay MSRP!

Well, it is a black car in Florida, after all...
Had it been white I'm sure it would be gone

Actually, it has a $1000 markup above MSRP which is less than another local dealership which is charging $1500 extra.

No, actually it's in western Washington state where it rains all the time (as it is today), so black is not a factor here.

Interestingly, I asked what other colors were coming because I prefer the Storm Silver Metallic, or the Taffeta White, and they said they have three red ones coming. WTH? According to the poll here, red is the fourth most popular color. As usual, they just don't get it.

are you sure its a black sport for that price sounds like the price for the base...MSRP for a black sport MT is $15,120...that would be a real crazy MARKDOWN

No way there selling a black sport MT for that. They could trade to another dealer who could charge 2,000 more.

I'm in Orlando, FL and got the third Fit to hit the streets here. The honda dealership here was great... It was my first experience with Honda and I paid $200 below MSRP on my black Honda Fit Sport MT. Sorry to hear about the a$$ hole dealerships you are dealing with
