Perf model...to compete with the upcoming Fiesta turbo

First off I love my car, but wished there was a perf model available (wished a stick was available near me too) IMO the old 160 hp VTEC from the old Civic Si would've been cool, but since that's then and this is now, maybe a small turbo putting down about 150 hp and 150-160 ft/lbs of torque, LSD and a 6spd that's easy to get. Mix in some 17" wheels and rear disc brakes and you've got another winner to go along with the base and sport model, satisfy even more people than you do already. While I've got your ear, do black headlights, LED tails and a slightly louder exhaust sytem too, maybe the same seats from the Civic Si too, cheaper to do since you've already got em', right. Keep up the good work!

The 2011 Fit Si....has a nice ring to it, doesn't it IMO this "fits" correctly in the line up....BUILD IT AND THEY WILL COME! Remember, this ecoboost Fiesta is coming, along with the Aveo RS and whatever Chrysler has planned...if anything

x2! the problem with the sport Fit is that it's basically added plastic aka: dead weight... the Fit is very exciting too drive with little to no mods... problem is that most people don't see it that way... the fiesta will be a very fierce competitor, and honda should respond to that! (i don't think the Aveo is much of a contender, but what if...)

Have you seen the Aveo RS concept? I was at the Chicago autoshow and asked about it and the lady said its about 85% accurate, sans the big brakes, door handles and center exhaust. The engine is a turbo 1.4L from the cruize with about 150 hp, give or take, sounds good to me. Google the car, you'll agree with me....I think

Ha ha... well i guess it's a bit more agressive than i expected... was'nt it the one i transformers 2? well anyways, it's clear that Honda as to make a big move!!! I know they are thinking about a hybrid fit, and then there's also the crz... but still without a proper sport Fit they're going to miss the target... the Fit still does'nt have the reputation it deserves!

Yes! Give us a high performance version with 140-150hp, disc rears, bigger front brakes, etc. People WILL pay more for a good Si (not the watered down cost cutter the Civic Si went to recently)

The FIT has a lot going for it, however, Honda does need to make a big move and start thinking outside the box.
