Arrow HKS induction kit

Hey peeps.
I just recived my HKS induction kit, i thought you would all like a little look...
well here it is, 2morrow i will get higher quality photos for ya. These photos were take on my MOTO SLVR, sorry for the low quality...

So out of a range 1 - 10 i would pesonaly give this a 10. It looks cool but thats not the best bit. It makes the Jazz sounds awsome, i just cant get enough of the sound, The power increase is amazing. my Jazz is the 1.5 109bhp AT X-treme model and it just wouldnt spin the wheels nomatter how quickly i stamped on the gas. Now as soon as i hit 3500rpm i hear the front wheels loose traction. honest to god. I used to own a Saxo 1.6 90bhp and i put a Sparco Induction kit on that but it did sweet F A.. just sound good. This thing by christ dose the lot.. Looks great sounds great (deep burbble, air flying through the tube also sounds awsome (sounds alittle like a turbo kicks in at 3500rpm)) a great increase in power due to the sling shot effect the air has into the throttle body.
Personaly i would recommend this air induction kit from HKS to anyone that seriously wants to up the horses or for anyone that just want a awsome sounding Jazz / Fit.

I'm thinking the same thing...wonder why HKS would make such a long short ram with a bunch of bends...

The poster mentioned a "slingshot" effect for the airflow...but that doesnt make much sense to me, but then again i was a business major not a physics major. Air isn't really solid, so it doesnt make sense that it would be elastic to get a slingshot effect. Or something.

Now that i look at it, it looks like if he turned the pipes and cut a hole in his hood, he could use it as a snorkel if he decided to go offroading in his fit.

If you you are addicted to the sound, you should really invest in a cold air intake.

I think because the long tube is for the sound... and also for the function of cold air. As you know CAI is somewhat louder then Short Ram.

On a cold air intake, the element is usually out of the hot engine bay.

Also in my experience (strictly DOHC VTEC motors) a shortram style intake is quite a bit louder than a CAI style where the element is out of the bay (behind bumper etc).

well everone i just wanted to share this with you. the best i could do with a sound clip at the moment is to record the sound from inside the car with my laptop. in a couple of days ill post the sound from under the hood

Click http://media.putfile.com/sound-recor...inside-the-car

Oh and by the way to the person who said "how can is be like a sling shot effect when air isnt a solid" or sumthing like that. im only saying what the HKS dealership said thats from the horses mouth not mine ;-)

If I wanted to order this from HKS, I need to tell them the item number so they can send the right one, do you have this information?
